Throne and Liberty – Regions Amazon Games is not the developer of Throne and Liberty; the game is being developed by NCSOFT. Amazon has partnered with NCSOFT to bring Throne and Liberty to a global audience. However, it's not precisely a global version, as Amazon can only release the game in specific regions and countries.
